Public offer
The terms on which we supply and support Adminz Dialer. Paying an invoice means accepting them.
1. Who is offering
—, TIN —, address: —. Hereafter the Supplier. Contact: sales@adminz.uz, +998 33 078 58 78.
2. What is supplied
The Adminz Dialer software — outbound dialing and voice robots. It is installed on the Customer's own server and runs through the Customer's telecom operator.
Telecom minutes are not included: the Customer pays their own operator directly. The Supplier does not resell them.
The Supplier caps neither the number of lines nor the call volume. The limit is the Customer's server and the channels their operator provides.
3. Price and payment
Subscription prices are published on the site and form part of this offer. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, in advance for the chosen period.
A year is charged as ten months. Closing documents are issued for every paid period.
4. Right to use
For the paid period the Customer receives a licence file bound to their installation. Expiry does not close access to data and reports; only starting new campaigns stops.
5. What the Supplier does
Supplies the software and updates, helps with installation to the extent of the chosen tier, and answers requests during business hours.
6. What the Customer does
Provides the server, the telecom link and access to their PBX. Is responsible for the content of the call scripts and for the lawfulness of the calling: for subscriber consent and their operator's rules.
The system stores subscriber consent and will not dial a number without it — but the Customer is the one who collects that consent and answers for it.
7. Liability
The Supplier is not liable for the Customer's telecom quality, for the answer rate, or for the outcome of a campaign: those depend on the list, the offer and the Customer's sales team.
The Supplier's liability is limited to the amount paid for the period in which the claim arose.
