Where does it actually run?
On your server, next to your Asterisk. Docker or systemd, whichever you prefer. The only outbound call it makes is for its licence file, once a day.
Do you see our numbers and recordings?
No. Five counters reach us: calls, conversations, minutes, the licence number and a machine fingerprint. Phone numbers, names, script text and recordings never leave your server.
Which Asterisk versions does it work with?
Over ARI, verified against Asterisk 20. The predecessor of this system ran for years on Issabel and FreePBX. If your dialplan is unusual we will look at it before you buy, not after.
What happens when the licence expires?
New campaigns will not start. Everything else keeps working: your data, reports, exports, calls already in progress. We will not lock you out of your own records over a late payment.
How do updates arrive?
By swapping the image. The database schema migrates itself at start-up — no manual steps. Recordings and uploaded audio live in a volume and survive it.
We are in another time zone. Who answers?
We work 09:00–18:00 UTC+5. On tiers with priority handling you are first in the queue the same working day. We do not run a 24/7 on-call rota, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What language is the interface in?
The console is in Russian. The robot speaks Russian and Uzbek. There is no English interface yet — we would rather say that here than have you discover it after paying.
Can we see it working?
Yes — we show it ourselves: fifteen minutes on a live system, with your own script. Leave a request and pick "Show me a demo".
