1. Who processes the data

2. What is collected

Through the request form: name, phone, company, email (if given), the task you picked, list size, whether you run your own PBX, and a comment. All of it you enter yourself.

The IP address and browser string are stored with the request: they are what separates a person from a bot and caps the flood from one address.

Site visits are counted by Yandex Metrica, which records anonymised on-page behaviour including cursor movement and clicks. You can turn it off in your browser settings or with a blocker extension.

3. Why

To call you back about your request, understand your task and prepare a proposal. The form data is used for nothing else.

We do not send marketing to these contacts, do not pass them to third parties, and do not sell lists.

4. How long we keep it

A request for up to three years — that is how long a sales conversation stays relevant. Sooner on your request, by writing to sales@adminz.uz.

5. What we never receive

If you become a customer, the system runs on your own server. Your contact list, call recordings and reports stay there; we have no access to them.

Once a day the installation sends us a heartbeat: licence number, machine fingerprint, version and five counters. Phone numbers, names, script texts and call recordings are never sent.

6. Your rights

By writing to sales@adminz.uz you can find out what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. We answer within a working week.
